All Internet orders from the Company made over wallpaperwarehouse.com are subject to the following terms, conditions, disclaimers and warranties:
Billing & Payment
Customers may pay for their orders by the following means:
- Pay online with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express
- Shop Pay
- Google Pay
- Pay by phone by calling 1-866-814-9672
Shipping & Delivery
The Company offers free ground shipping on all orders in the continental United States. Samples are charged a flat shipping fee unless expedited shipping is requested. Customers from Hawaii and Alaska will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours regarding special shipping rates.
Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours from the time your order is placed. The Company will typically contact the customer within that time frame with information on any items that are not readily available, on back order, or out of stock.
A typical order with ground shipping will be received by the customer within 5-10 business days from the date the order is processed. Sample orders are mailed USPS and may take 10 - 12 business days to receive from the date the order is processed. 3 Day Select, 2nd Day and Overnight shipping options are available upon checkout (such shipping methods subject to additional shipping rates). Most orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer.
The Company is closed on major holidays and weekends, and no orders will be shipped or delivered on those days unless the customer contacts Customer Service (1-866-814-9672) for Saturday delivery rates. Tracking information will be emailed to customers. It is the customer’s responsibility to track their package. Missing packages will be replaced but will NOT be refunded pending on the outcome of a courier investigation.
The Company is not responsible for lost/stolen packages.
The Company warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year after sale of the product (the “Warranty Period”). If any product fails to conform to this Limited Warranty during the Warranty Period, the Company will, at its sole discretion, either (a) replace the defective product or (b) accept the return of the product and refund the money actually paid by the customer for the product. The Company has no responsibility for any wallpaper or fabric that is not used within the Warranty Period or which has not been stored at room temperature.
This Limited Warranty DOES NOT cover the following, each of which is non-refundable:
- Brewster Eijffinger patterns (they are special order patterns that ship from Holland).
- Gift Cards.
- Items that are opened or are without original packaging.
- Case-priced wallpaper and borders.
- 54" inch commercial goods.
- Close-out wallcoverings and fabrics.
- Shipping charges and handling fees for returned merchandise.
- Products that have been abused or misused.
Disclaimer of Warranties. EXCEPT AS STATED ABOVE IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY ALSO LIMITS THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
Wallcovering Returns & Replacements
All wallcovering returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee plus freight based upon manufacturer rates, (due to wallcovering is produced in batches and dye lots). No merchandise will be accepted for returns unless an Authorized Return Service Label (“A.R.S.”) has been issued. A request for an A.R.S. label must be made within thirty (30) days of the received product date and merchandise must be in the Company’s possession within thirty (30) of the date on A.R.S. label. Customers are responsible for paying the freight on any returns. The cost of the label will be deducted from the credit.
Any item(s) that are damaged or fail to meet the Limited Warranty will be replaced or refunded, provided a physical return of the product or photos of the damaged product are provided at the manufacturer’s request within ten (10) business days of having received the customer’s order. Notification of all other returns needs to be made within sixty (60) days of customer’s receipt of the order.
If the customer needs more wallcovering that was previously ordered, they should contact Customer Service (1-866-814-9672) and the Company will do attempt, but does not guarantee, to fulfill order request with the same batch or dye lot of original purchase. Tracking information is emailed and it is the customers responsibility to track their package. Missing packages will be replaced NOT refunded pending the outcome of a courier investigation.
Wallpaper Color, Style & Description Disclaimer
The Company does not warrant the accuracy of its products through product descriptions, color and style categories. Computer monitors, mobile devices and video screens may give color representations that deviate from the color of the actual product. The color, style and product descriptions shown on this Website do not necessarily reflect 100% accuracy. In order to ensure the complete accuracy of a product, the Company recommends the purchase of samples.
Please allow 10 to 15 business days for returns to be inspected and credited once received.

Privacy & Security
The Company does not share any customer data or information outside of the Company except when necessary to ship products to customers and to complete credit card transactions. Additionally, confidential information, such as a credit card number, is deleted from the Company’s systems once a transaction is complete. Email addresses are protected and not shared with any third parties. We occasionally send out email campaigns to our customers in order to notify them of special sales and promotions.
